Cancellation Policy
* YOUR deposit is no longer good If you choose to reschedule your appointment outside of the 24 hour period, you will need to send a new deposit.
* Any NO CALL/NO SHOWS will result in not being able to book in the future.
* There will be a 30% charge of service booked for.
* There will be NO CASH REFUND for any service.
*upon entering the business you agree to photos to be taken for promoting and potential clients.
*Any services rendered must be handled with manicurist/ booth renter and not salon owner.
LATE POLICY
* You will have a 15 minute grace period! At 15 minutes, you are considered late and will be charged a $15 late fee. At the 20 minute mark, your appointment will be CANCELLED!
* Remember, there are appointments scheduled before and after yours, so PLEASE be considerate of my time and others.
* Service May be refused at any moment without explanation.
* Any chip or imperfections to nails or breakage must be communicated within 48hrs in order to be fixed at know charge.
