LATE POLICY * You will have a 15 minute grace period! At 15 minutes, you are considered late and will be charged a $15 late fee. At the 20 minute mark, your appointment will be CANCELLED! * Remember, there are appointments scheduled before and after yours, so PLEASE be considerate of my time and others. * Service May be refused at any moment without explanation. * Any chip or imperfections to nails or breakage must be communicated within 48hrs in order to be fixed at know charge.
